DoneDeal is a no-brainer on lengthy meetings with clients or suppliers. Having development agency myself I was in your shoes. In meetings I either had a lengthy process trying to note everything important during the meeting or had to have an assistant joining and taking notes to me. I experienced losses both from delivering services and receiving result that is not meeting my expectations. Even all details were verbally discussed and I thought we are on the same page.
I needed solution to save me from my laziness. I was lazy to note all the discussion and assumed what is important to note while everything was important for the end result. Also some of “minor” stuff for me was ignored and excluded from scoping meaning programmers had no clue they need to address it. This burned me a pile of money.
Solution is simple – I click on the app, I record when I am wrapping up something with a client / provider – I get it into the doc included for later usage. As this app is used my Project Managers, we built in a Machine Learning solution which helps to identify potentially not discussed details. Simply it recommends:
- how to rephrase details;
- what extra topics needs to be discussed / included.
This accumulated knowledge helps to have more in-depth agreements and to be sure that agreement is in favor of all parties. No lesser side left.
